WHAT IS IT? Ruthie Belle Brow Lift series provides you with the new 3 phase Brow Lift system which consists of: Curling Lotion Fixing Lotion Shine Repair It’s important to use Brow Lift not Lash Lift curling lotion for brows as lash and brow hairs are not the same. Brow Lift curling lotion has been formulated to be used on the skin (no Lash Lift perming lotions are meant for that) and to specifically reshape brow hair keratin. It has been optimised to create beautiful results for brows, do not use it for Lash Lifting. WHAT DOES IT DO? Brow Lift curling lotion has been formulated specifically to be effective on brow hairs, yet gentle on the skin. It softens keratin and lets you create the exact shape for brows that you want! The effect lasts about 4 weeks but due to the super mild composition of the ingredients, the treatment may be repeated at any time. HOW TO USE? Apply with a lip wand or micro brush from the inner corner outwards from base to tip. Use circular movements to soften keratin from the roots of the brows. Repeat until keratin is softened enough to prevent hairs from bouncing back to the direction they’re naturally growing into. After removing Curling Lotion (with dry q-tip/lip wand) brow hairs should stay exactly where you want them. If they bounce back, the keratin was not softened enough. TECHNICAL INFORMATION: Processing time for all brow types: ~5min. Don’t let process for longer than 7 min The period after opening: 6m One airless bottle is enough for approximately 15 treatments.
